FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Shelter contains the main room in the form of an earthquake-proof structure, which has interconnected walls, a ceiling and a base made of interconnected concrete reinforced panels, an entrance equipped with a lock, and a life support system. Main room is equipped with a block quick-erectable earthquake-proof structure containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single construction; it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, one of which is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves are formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes, executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, the surfaces of the grooves and spikes being equidistant, congruent and equal in size and are connected to a block prefabricated structure by means of connecting elements made in the form of a vibration damper insert made in the form of a cylinder of rigid vibrating damping material, inside which axisymmetrically and coaxially an elastic core with disks is placed, along the axis of the elastic core, damping disks are rigidly fixed along the entire length of the cylinder cavity, with the outermost disks fixed "aflush" with the cylinder of the vibrodamping material, the ends of which, in turn, are located "aflush" with the side surfaces of the base plate of the floor deck, and the intermediate damping disks are located evenly with a step not exceeding the internal diameter of the cylinder, wherein the elastic core, axisymmetric and coaxially placed within the cylinder of the vibrodamping insert, is made of a combined and consisting of an elastic part in the form of a rod and a damping part made in the form of an outer coaxial casing made of a vibrodamping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: reduction of the time of construction of the shelter due to the framing of the frame with a block closed structure.
