FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for preventing earthquake consequences. In a shelter containing the main building in the form of an earthquake-proof structure with interconnected walls, an overlap and a base made of interconnected concrete reinforced panels, an entrance equipped with a lock and a life support system, the main room is equipped with a block quick-erect seismic structure, containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single construction; it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, one of which is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves are formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes formed on four faces of the parallelepiped, the spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in number and are joined in a block, quick-build structure by means of connecting elements, the connecting element for the blocks of the seismic structure consists of an elastic cylindrical body, with mounting discs fixed to its ends, wherein the cavity of the cylindrical body is filled with a damping material, and the body is made of two flanged oppositely disposed and coaxial cylindrical threaded sleeves with mounting discs rigidly attached to their end part, on which the elements for threading the sleeves into a single cylindrical body are made, and is made of an elastic material, for example, from an elastic spring steel, the cavity of which is filled with a damping material, for example a shock-absorbing mastic of the "VD-17" type, and within the cylindrical body of the connecting element an elastic core is arranged in axial alignment and coaxially to the connecting element, along the axis of the elastic core damping disks are rigidly fixed along the entire length of the cavity, wherein the extreme disks are fixed to the mounting discs of the shock-absorbing material, while there are helical coil springs in the cavities between the disks.

EFFECT: invention is aimed to reduce time of a shelter construction by equipping the framework with a block-modular construction.
