SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of technological processes of agricultural production, in particular, to the unit for the on-line preparation of a substitute for whole milk and mixed fodder. Unit includes bins for feed and preparation of raw materials, a grinding device, an extractor and a separator. In this case, the extractor is placed horizontally between the grinding device and the separator and is made in the form of a double-walled hollow cylinder in which the inner wall is perforated, and the outer one is provided with a branch pipe for supplying the extractant. Separator is a continuous continuous screw press with a perforated conical nozzle and a molded spout.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase the reliability of the technological process of processing raw materials in the form of root-grain crops.
