FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to DNA analysis, nucleotide sequence, and also can be used for the purpose of recognizing the structure of any macromolecules and agglomerates using fluorescent or phosphorescent markers (or primers) – the so-called screening. Method comprises processing, by attaching two or more luminescent markers to the sample, exposing the processed sample to light emitting luminescence, registration of the sample luminescence and processing of the results in order to isolate the useful signal. In this case, the processed sample is exposed to a source of modulated light radiation, and in processing the results, a modulated signal is appropriately isolated as a useful signal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy and productivity, the possibility of using markers with a lower response, and in increasing the reliability of the survey data.
