SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. Vortex dust collector with a fire and explosion safety system, comprising a cylindrical chamber, a dust collection and axial inlet of dusty gas with a baffle plate located in its lower part, peripheral inlet of the secondary flow located in the upper part of the chamber and the axial branch pipe for the discharge of the purified gas, installed along the axis of the chamber and equipped with a rotational drive of the rotor in the form of a body of revolution, which is provided with a blade reinforced on its surface having a winding direction coinciding with the direction of rotation of the gas, the free end of the rotor is located in the axial inlet, being a swirler and fairing for the primary flow of dusty gas, and in the axial branch pipe for the discharge of the purified gas there is placed a filter element made in the form of a washer fixed by its outer surface on the inner surface of the branch pipe, the dust collector is connected to a fine filter with an integrated fire and explosion safety system for the dust collection process comprising a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collector and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as an input and output duct of the filter section of a dust collector with bag type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is provided with the control unit for each purge nozzle solenoid valve and is connected to the common regeneration control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, temperature sensor is installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, the emergency dust level sensor is installed in the dust collecting hopper, and the thermal automatic sensor-detector is installed in the outlet box of the filter section, the outputs from which are connected to the common microprocessor, which is located in the control cabinet, and each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system of the device includes a spray disk, comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially disposed at the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the body and the fitting, in the lower part of the cylindrical hole, a hollow conical swirl is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler conical shell in its upper part, and at the other end – in an annular groove made on the inner surface of a cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, the disk of the atomizer is formed by two surfaces, one of which, facing the diffuser, is a curvilinear surface, and as a line forming this surface, is a curve of the n-th order line, and the second is a plane, or the disk of the atomizer is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the n-th order, and the spokes, by means of which the disk of the sprayer is fixed to the body, are shaped in a straight or curved shape.
EFFECT: increase efficiency and safety of dust collection by connecting a fine filter with an integrated fire and explosion safety system.
