Y is a phenyl group, a furyl group or a benzo-1,3-dioxole group, wherein said phenyl or furyl group is optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from -CN; halogen atom, which is preferably selected from Cl or F; -O(C1-C6 alkyl), preferably -OMe; X is a -SO2 or group , preferably a group , where is a link and W is an oxygen atom or a -NOR4 group, where R4 is a hydrogen atom, C1-C6 alkyl group or (C1-C6 alkyl) aryl group, or is absent and W is -OH; R1 is C1-C6 alkyl group, optionally substituted with a halogen atom; C3-C6 a cycloalkyl group; an aryl group, preferably optionally substituted; (C1-C6 alkyl) aryl group; optionally substituted; -NH-aryl group; optionally substituted; -NH(C1-C6 alkyl) aryl group; optionally substituted; a heteroaryl group, optionally substituted; an -OH group; or a morpholino group; NH-NH-CO-an aryl group, optionally substituted; NH-NH-CO-a heteroaryl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, C1-C6 an alkyl group, (C1-C6 alkyl)aryl group OR (C1-C6 alkyl)O(C1-C6 alkyl) group, preferably a hydrogen atom; R3 is a group -COOR5, where R5 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group; group -COSR6, where R6 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group; group -CONR7R8, where R7 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group and R8 is a hydrogen atom; C1-C6 alkyl group, optionally substituted; group -OH; -O(C1-C6 alkyl) group; group -(C1-C6 alkyl)NR9R10, where R9 and R10 both represent C1-C6 alkyl group; group -(C1-C6 alkyl)COOH; -(C1-C6 alkyl)COO(C1-C6 alkyl) group; or a heteroaryl group; group -CN; group -C(=NH)NHOH; -CO morpholine group; -CO pyrrolidine group; -CON-Me-piperazine group; -CO guanidine or -CO guanidine-BOC group; a tetrazole group; or an oxadiazolone group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound, or to the use of said compound as a medicament.
EFFECT: treatment and/or prevention of diabetes mellitus.
