SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a method of producing a photosensitizer of structural formula 1, where a – 2÷130; b – 15÷67, R1 – CxH2x+1, x=1÷5, R2 – CyH2y+1, y=1÷5, for photodynamic therapy (PDT) of cancer.
EFFECT: photosensitizer exhibits lower toxicity level as compared to emulsion of O-propyloxime-N-propoxybacteriopurpurinimide in Kolliphor ELP.
