METHOD FOR SEROLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF VIRAL DISEASES OF SALMONIDS BY ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY AND DIAGNOSTIC SET FOR IMPLEMENTING METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/569

Abstract RU 2663909 C1

FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to veterinary science and concerns a method for serological diagnosis of viral diseases of salmonids, including the interaction of specific immunoglobulins with homologous antigens and antibodies labeled with enzyme, the addition of a substrate mixture, incubation for 25–30 minutes and taking into account the results of the reaction according to the color intensity of the formed complex. Plate with pre-sensitized immunoglobulins to infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN) viruses, infectious hematopoietic tissue necrosis (IHN) viruses, viral hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) viruses is used in the reaction. Group of inventions also concerns a diagnostic kit for implementing said method for serological diagnosis of viral diseases of salmonids.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the detection of the presence of pathogens of virus diseases of salmonids in the samples of biological material for three hours with a certainty of 98 %.
