FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to veterinary biotechnology, microbiology and can be used for detection of antigen of causative agent of salmon yersiniosis - Yersinia ruckeri in biological material for diagnosis of diseases in veterinary science, and for scientific research by enzyme immunoassay. Essence of group of inventions consists in using a diagnostic kit, including all necessary components for enzyme immunoassay, enabling detection of antigen of Yersinia ruckeri in biological material samples of fish at early stage of development of disease with high specificity and sensitivity. Group of inventions also relates to a method of serum diagnosis of salmon yersiniosis caused by Yersinia ruckeri, which involves use specific anti-ERM-antibodies, required for detection of antigen ERM, and after incubation and further washing, which uses specific immunoenzymometric conjugate, which is an anti-ERM antibodies, labelled with horseradish peroxidase.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides sensitive and effective serum diagnosis of fish yersiniosis, caused by Yersinia ruckeri at early stages of disease.
