FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used in making concrete and solutions based on binder alkaline activation. Invention contains a method for obtaining clinkerless binder alkaline activation. Method involves separate grinding of siliceous marl and volcanic tuff with further combined stirring in the presence of alkaline activators. Siliceous marl ground to a specific surface of 1,150 m2/kg, followed by heat treatment in a muffle furnace at 700 °C. Then it is mixed for 2 minutes with volcanic tuff. Volcanic tuff is preliminarily milled to specific surface area of 905 m2/kg. Next, activated for 2–3 minutes with an alkaline solution based on sodium hydroxide, sodium liquid glass with silicate module 2.8, density of 1.24 g/cm3, and hydrophobization liquid GKZh-11. Weight ratio of components, wt%: thermally activated marl – 33.6–66.2; volcanic tuff – 21.4–51.2; liquid glass Na2SiO3 – 11.0–13.0; sodium hydroxide NaOH – 0.6–1.0; GKZh-11 – 0.8–1.2.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the end product.
