FIELD: images forming devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a panel of a liquid crystal display and its substrate from an array of color film. Substrate of the color film array comprises a substrate and a black matrix arranged on a substrate, an array of thin-film transistors, a color filter and a pixel electrode. Pixel electrode is completed and provided on a color filter, an array of thin-film transistors is completed and provided on a black matrix and also connected to a pixel electrode. Color filter comprises a first region and a second region, wherein the color filter in the first region and the black matrix in the second region are arranged side by side on the substrate, the color filter in the second region is located on the array of thin-film transistors, the thickness of the black matrix is smaller than the thickness of the color filter in the first region, and is larger than the thickness of the color filter in the second region. Substrate of the color film array also comprises an insulating layer and a common electrode. Insulating layer is located on the pixel electrode, the common electrode is completed and located on the insulating layer.

EFFECT: improved display quality; increased accuracy of the coating alignment.
