FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining supersulfate involves treating a finely ground, less than 100 mcm, magnesium-containing raw material in the form of serpentinite or magnesite enrichment waste with the 80-96% solution of sulfuric acid, at the room temperature, at stirring and the ratio of sulfuric acid to magnesium-containing raw material of 1.0:1.05-1.5 to complete decomposition of the magnesium-containing raw material and subsequent grinding of the resulting supersulfate of less than 200 mcm. The supersulphate based on finely ground, less than 100 mcm, magnesium-containing raw material, including simple supersulfate, with the content of the mass percentage of the basic substance MgSO4⋅H2O not less than 80.

EFFECT: inventions allows to simplify the production process of the fertiliser used for raising the yield of grain and vegetable crops.
