SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Apparatus for determining grain quality in a combine comprises a light source, a diffuse diffuser, a grain sampler, a micromill, a measuring device and an analog-to-digital converter, in this case, a subject table, an objective, a polychromator, a calculator, a memory unit, a digital logger and a monitor are inserted into it, the sampler and the micromill are mechanically connected to the object table, the output of the measuring device is connected to the analog input of the analog-to-digital converter whose digital output is connected to a computer in parallel connected to the memory unit, to the monitor and to the first input of the digital recorder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the receiver of the satellite navigation system.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to measure the main indicators of grain quality: gluten, protein, lipids, water, to ensure the determination of the contents of the listed substances in the grain irrespective of the crop being harvested and to increase the accuracy of the measurements.
