FIELD: biomedicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, namely to an increase in the temperature stability of gelatin in the manufacture of cellular products. Method for increasing the heat resistance of gelatin when it is modified with a mixture of dihydroquercetin and arabinogalactan, comprising mixing a 20 % gelatin solution with a 10 % solution of dihydroquercetin and arabinogalactan, at a weight ratio of dihydroquercetin and arabinogalactan of 1:3, the solutions are prepared in isotonic NaCl solution and mixed in a volume ratio of solutions of 9:1, then the mixture is placed in a Petri dish for 30 minutes at a temperature of 22 °C and humidity of 55–75 %.
EFFECT: above-described method makes it possible to effectively increase the heat resistance of gelatin.
