SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, namely to an increase in the temperature stability of gelatin in the manufacture of cellular products. Method for increasing the heat resistance of gelatin when it is modified with dihydroquercetin, comprising mixing a 20 % solution of gelatin with a 10 % solution of dihydroquercetin prepared using isotonic NaCl solution, taken in a volume ratio of solutions of 9:1, then the mixture is placed in a Petri dish for 30 minutes at a temperature of 4 °C.

EFFECT: above-described method makes it possible to effectively increase the heat resistance of gelatin.
