SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, namely to increase of temperature stability and enzymatic stability of gelatine when making cell products. In particular, described is a method of increasing porosity, heat resistance and enzymatic stability of gelatine by modifying it with ribose and sodium chloride, which involves mixing 20 % gelatine solution with ribose to 4.5 % of ribose content and adding sodium chloride to the obtained mixture in ratio of 2:1, respectively, with further incubation of mixture for 72 hours at temperature of 50 °C and washing in distilled water for 48 hours.

EFFECT: increased enzyme resistance and thermal stability of the scaffold while maintaining its 3D architectonics using an inexpensive and simple technology.
