SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method for proteinases preparation with fibrinolytic and fibrinogenolytic activities involves the cultivation of Aspergillus ochraceus VKM F-4104D strain on nutrient medium containing glucose, starch, fish meal hydrolyzate, peptone, NaCl, KH2PO4, MgSO4 × 7H2O and running water at specified ratio of components and at a given temperature for 2 days.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain proteinases that have fibrinolytic and fibrinogenolytic activity.
