FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a method for producing proteolytic enzymes - an activator X of a human blood plasma factor. Method of producing proteinase-activator X of blood plasma factor provides cultivation of strain of microscopic fungus Aspergillus ochraceus BKM F-4104D, producing activator X factor on nutrient medium at initial pH 6.5 containing glucose, starch, fish meal hydrolyzate, peptone, yeast extract, NaCl, KH2PO4, MgSO44⋅7H2O and water at a given ratio of components, followed by extraction of proteinase with an activator to X factor by precipitation of proteins with ammonium sulphate from the culture liquid. Obtained precipitate is centrifuged, dissolved in a buffer (pH 8.2) or distilled water and an insoluble part of the residue is removed. Dialysis is performed at 4 °C is used against the same buffer or gel filtration is carried out on Sephadex G-25 columns to obtain a proteinase solution followed by freeze drying if required.

EFFECT: invention increases output of activator X of the factor.
