SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an analytical technique for producing wet gas with predetermined humidity values and can be used in the calibration and verification of hygrometers. Regulator of the gas humidity contains a wet gas flow restrictor, a dry gas flow restrictor, a wet gas supply device, a wet gas dryer, and a mixer for wet and dry gases. Regulator of the gas humidity also contains a coulometric moisture meter with the units for measurement of humidity, dew point temperature and volume fraction of moisture, and in the technical characteristics there is an adjustable alarm system for reaching the specified humidity.

EFFECT: stability is increased and the inertance of the humidity regulator decreases.
