SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in coulometric hygrometers. The hygrometer includes a coulometric cell, a measurement unit, a gas flow stabilizer, parallel circuits consisting of series-connected pneumatic resistances and electromagnetic valves that are connected between the fittings of the gas flow stabilizer, whereas the hygrometer comprises a gas flow switch via a coulometric cell connected to the measurement unit connected with solenoid valves.
EFFECT: increased service life of the hygrometer and upper limit of the measurement range of the volume fraction of moisture of the coulometric hygrometer.
