FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compression ratio control mechanism for an internal combustion engine. Mechanism (5) for adjusting the compression ratio is disclosed in which the control shaft (10) is rotated and driven by an electric motor (21) through a wave gear reducer (22). Wave gear reducer (22) includes: first gear (31) of internal engagement; external gear wheel (32) arranged concentrically in the internal gear (31); wave generator (33) having an oval outer shape and arranged in an external gear (32); and a second gear (34) of internal engagement, wherein ratio of the number of gear unit teeth (35) of fixed gear of the first internal gear (31) to the number of teeth of the first gear unit (37) of the external gear (32) is set higher than the ratio of the number of teeth of the gear (42) on the output side of the second internal gear (34) to the number of teeth of the second gear unit (38) of the external gear (32).
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in load per gear tooth.
