FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Device comprises the cylindrical body (1) with the loading (2) and unloading (3) pipes. Device includes oppositely rotating upper (4) and lower (5) discs with impact elements in the form of a spiral (6), which are directed in opposite directions to the upper (4) and lower (5) disks. Each of the discs includes a conical portion (7) with an inclination angle of the generatrix to the horizon that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the material, to which the horizontal peripheral ring (8) is rigidly attached. Gap between the conical parts (7) of the upper (4) and lower (5) disks is equal to (2…5)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the initial material. Clearance between the horizontal peripheral rings (8) of the upper (4) and lower (5) disks is (1…5)dmax, where dmax is the maximum particle size of the finished product. Tip of the conical part (7) of the lower disc (5) is the blade spreader (9).
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the grinding process is ensured by means of increasing the number of particle collisions and by means of increasing the abrasing loads and crushing loads on the material to be grinded.
