FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used, in particular, in the production of building materials. Shredder contains cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. Each of disks 4, 5 has a conical ribbed working surface with an angle β inclination of the generatrix to the horizon exceeding the angle α of material depositional gradient. Gap between the projections of the radial ribs 6 of the working surfaces of upper 4 and lower 5 disks is equal to (2…5)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the source material. Working surface of each of disks 74, 5 has vertical concentric ribbed ledges 7, which are located on top 4 disk in circles with diameters Di, and on lower 5 disk - on ellipses with a larger axis equal to Di-2Smin, and with a smaller axis equal to Di-2Smax. Gaps between the protrusions of vertical edges 8 of vertical concentric ribbed ledges 7 of two disks decrease from their center to the periphery with the values Smax=(1…2)Dmax÷(0.2…0.5)Dmax and Smin=(0.5…1.0)Dmax÷(0.1…0.2)Dmax.
EFFECT: shredder provides increased grinding process efficiency and productivity for the finished product.
