FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used both in the production of building materials and in other industries. Shredder contains cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 nozzles, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks with percussion elements. Working surfaces of disks 4 and 5 are made conical with an angle to the horizon greater than the angle of repose of the material, with concentric protrusions 6 and depressions 7. Protrusions 6 of one disc correspond to the depressions 7 of the other disk. Maximum gap between protrusions 6 of upper 4 disks and depressions 7 of lower 5 disk corresponds to the maximum particle size of the starting material Dmax. In depressions 7 of lower 5 disk classification holes 8 are located along circumference, communicating with conical slit 9, within which guide 10 in the form of a spiral is rigidly fixed from the center to the periphery. Maximum height of conical slit 9 is equal to (1…5)dmax, where dmax – the maximum particle size of the finished product.
EFFECT: grinder provides increase in efficiency of process of crushing.
