FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: method of intravital evaluation of reagent effect on stomatocytes formation, including erythrocytes isolation from blood and study of their shape with a light microscope, is characterised by placing the erythrocytes suspension on a slide, microscope objective lowering (100X) therein, after the echinocytes formation and reagents addition, microphotography is carried out.

EFFECT: method provides intravital study of stomatocytes formation under the influence of various reagents.
