SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of audio signals. System contains a decomposition module, a signal processor and an output interface. Decomposition module is configured to receive two or more input audio signals, and also with the possibility of generating a direct component signal, with the possibility of generating a diffuse component signal, with the ability to receive a direct component signal, a diffuse component signal and direction information, with the possibility of generating one or more processed diffuse signals depending on the diffuse component signal. For each output audio signal from one or more audio output signals, the signal processor is configured to determine, depending on the direction of arrival, the forward gain, wherein the signal processor is configured to apply said direct gain to the direct component signal to produce a processed forward signal, and the signal processor is configured to combine said processed forward signal and one of one or more processed diffuse signals to generate said output audio signal. Output interface is configured to output one or more audio output signals.
EFFECT: ensured alignment of visual and acoustic images.
