FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fertilizer production, in particular to a reactor for the production of nitrogen fertilizer granules, a method for preventing the formation of nitrogen fertilizer deposits on the solid surface of the reactor and a method for coating the reactor's hard surfaces. Reactor comprises a coating layer applied to its inner walls, wherein the coating is made of an organosilicon compound having a thickness of about 5 mcm to about 100 mcm, to prevent the formation of deposits of nitrogen fertilizer.
EFFECT: invention provides an efficient production of fertilizer, prevention or reduction of deposits and adherence of products on the internal walls of the reactor and an increase in the periods before reactor unloading and purification.
