FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique, in particular to methods for measuring the width and deflection of a groove located at the end of a bushing. Body with two counting heads and two centering fingers is placed on the end of the sleeve, placing the said fingers in the bore hole and the measuring probes in the groove to be measured. Verify the mutual angular position of the body and sleeve by the reciprocating movements of the body, ensuring that the fingers of the centering fingers touch the bore of the bushing and the test probes with the first side surface of the groove to be measured, ensuring alignment of readings of the counting heads. Take the first readout. Reset with a turn of 180° housing by placing the centering pins in the bore hole and the test probes in the groove to be measured. Repeat the alignment of the mutual angular position, ensuring that the centering fingers touch the bore of the bushing and the test probes with the second side surface of the groove to be measured, ensuring alignment of readings of the counting heads. Take the second countdown. Deviation from the adjusted value of the width of the measured groove is determined from the sum of two samples, and the deviation from its symmetry with respect to the hole axis is determined by the half-difference of the mentioned samples.
EFFECT: increase in measurement performance.
