FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of measuring parameters of a structural part. Essence: based measurement object (2) by its installation by one of ends (3) of hub on mounting plane (1). Rack (4) with device (5) with measuring probe (6) and three indicators (7–9) is installed on mounting plane (1). At that contact of measuring probe (6) is provided with one of side surfaces (10) of checked groove by means of device (5) movement along rack (4), contact of measuring tip (11) of first indicator (7) with other side surface (12) of inspected groove, contact of measuring tip (13) of second indicator (8) with other end (14) of hub, contact of measuring tip (15) of third indicator (9) with mounting plane (1). Readings are taken at first (7), second (8) and third (9) indicators. Deflection of the hub height is determined from the sum of readings of second (8) and third (9) indicators. Deflection of the width of the tested groove is determined from the reading of first indicator (7), and deviation from the symmetry of the groove is determined relative to the ends of the hub from the half-difference between the readings of second indicator (8) and the sum of the readings of first (7) and third (9) indicators.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of technological capabilities due to measurement of additional parameter – deviation of hub height.
