FIELD: transportation; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the transport machine building. Chassis contains wheel and plurality of side members, which contain upper and lower flanges, which extend in the chassis longitudinal direction. Chassis further comprises located between the upper flange and the bottom flange central flange extending in the chassis longitudinal direction, and transverse member. Transverse member is connected only between the central flange of the first side member of plurality of side members and the central flange of the second side member from plurality of side members. Chassis manufacturing method includes the stage, at which securing the central flange between each side member the upper and lower flanges so, that the central flange extends in the chassis longitudinal direction. Method also includes the stage, at which connecting the transverse member to the side members.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the chassis strength.
