FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning with regenerative heat recovery units. Heat recovery device for equipment containing a casing, a tray, a freezing protection system, a two-stage contact heat exchanger with a nozzle and atomizing spray line, cooling system with heat exchanger. Nozzle of spray system contains a hollow body which consists of a cylindrical with external thread, a conical transition and a cylindrical body large diameter and with internal threads parts, and coaxially with the body in its lower part a nozzle is attached, formed by the cylindrical surface with an external thread, which changes into a conical surface and closes with an end dead partition, with a jet in its centre arranged as axisymmetric to the nozzle and comprising cylindrical and conical throttling openings connected in series, besides a larger diameter of the conical opening is located on the blind partition of the nozzle, wherein the body and the nozzle forming three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, an additional row of jets is formed on the nozzle which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical and horizontal channels that intersect on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form the outlets of each nozzle, and the jet, made in the center of the blind partition, has corkscrew surfaces on the inner surfaces of cylindrical and conical throttle openings, herewith on the inner surfaces of nozzle channels of the nozzle, corkscrew, oppositely directed surfaces are made, one of three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers serves for liquid supply, the other is an expansion chamber, and the third is the function of a pressure chamber of increased pressure, filled with an elastic mesh element, or shavings, and diffuser, covering a conical surface of the nozzle with a blind partition and a jet,is attached to the end surface of a cylindrical part of the body. In addition, in the diffuser outlet section attached to the housing cylindrical part end surface, a perforated partition is installed, to which at least two spokes are fixed at one end, at the point of its intersection with axis of nebulizer, the second end of which is fixed to the inner surface of the diffuser in such a way that the spokes are perpendicular to the inner surface of the diffuser, and on the spokes, in their central part, additional sprayers are freely installed, made in the form of screw drums, which are fixed on the spokes with the help of stops.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat recovery of the water from process equipment.
