SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, to the confectionery industry. Candied roasted nut is proposed, which is a body made on the basis of a soft candied roasted nuts mass made of dry ingredients and a lactic binder, the formula composition of which contains condensed milk with sugar, molasses, fatty component, sorbitol, salt, lecithin, vanillin, water, as dry components rice, chocolate grains are used, and the formulation composition of the lactic binder further contains an invert sugar syrup, a solution of milk powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, Nova Sol Cof antioxidant, and as a fat component – confectionery fat, and the recipe components are used in a predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides improved organoleptic characteristics in terms of taste, reduced caloric content, increased digestibility of the product and extended shelf life.
