FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Multivitamin beverage is characterized by that it is made of pumpkin puree, sugar extract of low chaenomeles fruit and water extract of rose hips, at the following ratio of initial components, wt%: pumpkin puree – 5.0–60.0; sugar extract of chanomeles fruits low 10.0–15.0; water rose hips extract – the rest. At that, sugar extract of low chaenomeles fruits is obtained by crushing fruit pulp to obtain particles with thickness of not more than 5 mm, extraction for 10–12 hours with sugar sand at a ratio of fruits to sugar of 1:1.5, separation into a liquid fraction and a solid residue, and aqueous extract of rosehips is produced by way of scalding 25–30 g of milled fruits in 1 l of boiling water, infusing during 1 hour with subsequent filtration.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand range of ecological, general health-improving beverages prepared on natural raw materials, with balanced lipid-carotenoid composition.
