SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is a composition for culturing pluripotent stem cells, it comprises a culture medium for pluripotent stem cells, deacylated gellan gum or its salt, and adhesive cells, wherein the mentioned adhesive cells are pluripotent stem cells in the shape of spheres, wherein the mentioned deacylated gellan gum or salt thereof is present in the concentration that allows the spheres to be cultured in a static suspension culture, and wherein the mentioned composition has the viscosity of not more than 8 mPa∙s under the conditions of 37 °C.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the effect of suspending cells or tissues.
