SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a new culture medium containing MST1/2 kinase and ROCK kinase inhibitors and providing a shorter period of cell culture in comparison with known analogues. Invention can be used for cultivation or propagation in vitro of epithelial cells of primary squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus.

EFFECT: cell model obtained using the culture medium for primary cells according to the present invention can be used to assess the efficacy and screening of drugs suitable for treating oesophageal cancer.
