FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Recombinant tuberculous vaccine is proposed that contains the first antigen, which is a purified recombinant Ag85A protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis), the second antigen, which is a hybrid recombinant ESAT6-CFP10 protein of M. tuberculosis, and an adjuvant comprising a first water-soluble high molecular dextran polysaccharide for immobilizing the Ag85A and ESAT6-CFP10 proteins of said antigens, an unmethylated CpG oligonucleotide with a phosphorothioate bond, and the second water-soluble high molecular dextran polysaccharide, other than the first water-soluble high molecular dextran polysaccharide, to immobilize said CpG oligonucleotide.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to equalize the kinetics of interaction of individual components of the vaccine with immunocompetent cells, which increases the effectiveness of both primary and booster vaccinations using the proposed vaccine.
