SUBSTANCE: vaccine strain of Mycobacterium bovis rBCG-1 is proposed, containing an artificial operon encoding the protectively significant proteins Mycobacterium tuberculosis ESAT-6, CFP-10, the yeast degradation signal Rpn4 under the secretion signal Ag85a and β-subunit of cholera toxin CtxB.

EFFECT: invention ensures formation of immunity to protective antigens of tuberculosis that are absent in BCG.
