FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and can be used in vibratory Coriolis gyroscopic angular velocity sensors. Method consists in simultaneous excitation of self-oscillations of the first and second (orthogonal) modes, the phase of the exciting forces for linear oscillations or angular momenta corresponds to the phase of the signal proportional to the sum of the vibrational velocities in the first mode and in the second (orthogonal) mode, and the output signal is formed so that, so that it is proportional to the difference in the amplitudes of the exciting forces or moments, characterized in that the amplitude of the component of the velocity of oscillations is stabilized, which is isolated by phase-sensitive rectification using a signal phase proportional to the sum of the vibrational velocities in the first and second (orthogonal) modes.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of a Coriolis gyro sensor of angular velocity.
