FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wet dust collection device that can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries to clean dusty gases. To increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process in a centrifugal gas scrubber with vortex nozzles containing a housing, a nozzle for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, an irrigation device and a slurry tank, the irrigation device is made in the form of at least three water collectors. At each of the collectors, at least three vortex nozzles are fixed to irrigate the walls of the hull and its central part. In the cylindrical chamber of each nozzle, coaxial to it, a hollow conical swirl is installed with a clearance with respect to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through-cut. At the bottom, each nozzle contains a vortex flow divider. Vortex flow diffuser is attached to the injector body. To the dissector are attached two diametrically located vertical plates connected by a horizontally located rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler in the form of a disk with screw blades.
EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
