SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anhydrous regenerative material of connective tissues, preferably regenerative material of bone, dentine, or pulp. Regenerative material of connective tissue contains porous polymer matrix with communicating pores and calcium silicate particles, wherein polymer matrix is anhydrous and contains at least one polymer selected from biodegradable or biocompatible polymer, the specified calcium silicate particles are unhydrated and characterized by particle distribution by size, at which d50 is from 0.05 mcm to less than an average diameter of matrix pores. At the same time, unhydrated calcium silicate particles form coating on the inner surface of the matrix, formed by pores. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining, the use of regenerative material of connective tissue for the treatment of connective tissue loss in a patient, and an implant containing regenerative material of connective tissue.

EFFECT: obtaining regenerative material with improved biomechanical and osteoinductive properties, providing good migration, adhesion, and proliferation of cells, with enhanced mechanical properties, optimal and controlled biocompatibility.
