FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing L-methionine nanocapsules in a shell of sodium alginate. Method is characterized by that L-methionine is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in butanol in presence of 0.01 g glycerine ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring 900 rev/min, 5 ml of cyclohexane are then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature, the core: shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
