Transformer is designed to convert DC voltage without using an intermediate conversion to AC systems and allows you to convert, transform and accumulate the electric energy of DC sources of different levels of technological voltage, including sources of static high-voltage electricity, while also transferring the energy of alternative sources into the form of energy, suitable for accumulation and use, for example, for solar power plants of alternative energy, as well as using renewable wind energy, water in the form of a group of electrostatic generators with aerodynamic, hydrodynamic turbines and/or lightning protection system for lightning protection of buildings and structures for the atmospheric electricity use, and also can be used in schemes of thermal power plants with gas turbine and combined-cycle plants, the technology of which for better efficiency may additionally include MHD generators, connected to the load through DC transformers, and it is also possible to use the invention to return the energy of the aerodynamic or hydrodynamic resistance in the cycle of motion in various structures of the ground wheel, air or water hybrid electric transport using additional aerodynamic or hydrodynamic turbines for driving electrostatic generators, whose energy is used in a hybrid power unit of a vehicle or in a hybrid power unit with an inertial energy storage for primary or emergency power supply systems for consumers.
