Technical result consists in the creation of reversible high-voltage converter electrical devices of a unified design with the original mode of operation: AC and DC transformer or autotransformer, as well as DC transformer or autotransformer, which can be used to obtain new simpler and, as a consequence, more reliable diagrams of electricity transformation between DC power systems of different voltage classes, between AC power systems and DC power systems of different voltage classes, and also between AC power systems of different industrial frequencies of the same or different voltage classes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the creation of reversible high-voltage converter electrical devices of a unified design with an original mode of operation.
