SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to an evacuation method for vacuum pump systems and a vacuum pump system. Method of evacuation in the vacuum pump system comprises main lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump (3) with gas inlet nozzle (2) connected to vacuum chamber (1), and gas outlet nozzle (4) leading to pipe (5) before the gas enters gas outlet (8) of the vacuum pump system, check valve (6) located in pipe (5) between nozzle (4) and outlet (8), and auxiliary lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump (7) connected parallel to valve (6). Pump (3) is activated to evacuate the gases contained in chamber (1) through nozzle (4). Simultaneously, pump (7) is activated and continuous operation of pump (7) is ensured until pump (3) evacuates the gases contained in chamber (1) and/or all the time that pump (3) maintains a certain pressure in chamber (1).

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at reducing the electrical energy necessary to create a vacuum in the chamber, to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas.
