FIELD: vacuum technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vacuum technology. System (SP) for pumping-out for creating a vacuum contains a main vacuum pump, which is cam pump (3) containing suction inlet (2) of gases, connected to vacuum chamber (1), and outlet (4) for blowing gases, communicating with channel (5) of gases in the direction of exit (8) to release gases from the pumping-out system. Pumping-out system further comprises check valve (6) located between outlet (4) and outlet (8), and auxiliary vacuum pump (7), installed in parallel with valve (6). Pump (7) is designed to start at the same time as pump (3), and with the ability to pump out during the entire pumping period of pump (3) gases, contained in chamber (1), and during the entire period of maintenance by pump (3) of a predetermined pressure in chamber (1).
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at ensuring obtaining a higher vacuum than the vacuum obtained in the vacuum chamber using only one cam pump.
