SUBSTANCE: invention represents a strain of callus cultures of Phlojodicarpus sibiricus (Steph.) K.-Pol., obtained in in vitro conditions, identified and deposited in the All-Russian Collection of Cultivated Cells of Higher Plants (VKKK VR) at the Institute of Physiology of Plants of the Russian Academy of Sciences, registration number 96. Strain is used to obtain Phlojodicarpus sibiricus cell biomass and is characterized by presence of both loose and dense tissue areas, mainly white and yellow coloring of calli; at that, brown sections of callus tissue are observed during cultivation.
EFFECT: cell viability during the cycle is not less than 70 %.
