SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely, to a composition for visualizing the degenerative portion of the articular cartilage, which contains a positively charged albumin labeled with indocyanine green; as well as to a method for visualizing the degenerative part of the articular cartilage, comprising the step of spraying, adding dropwise, application to the surface of the articular cartilage having a degenerative region, or immersing said surface in the proposed composition, thereby adsorbing the positively charged albumin in the degenerative region of the articular cartilage, a step of washing the articular cartilage to remove an excess of said composition and indocyanine green detection step labeled with a positively charged albumin adsorbed in a degenerative articular cartilage region.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an earlier definition of cartilage degeneration, which will quickly start treatment to delay the progression of degenerative joint disease or to fully cure cartilage joint tissue.
