FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to thoracic surgery, oncology, and can be used for intraoperative assessment of the possibility of gastric stalk formation in patients with oesophageal cancer with gastrostomy. Fluorescent imaging of gastric tissue microcirculation is carried out after intravenous administration of 2 ml of a conjugated solution of indocyanine green at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml, obtained by adding water for injection and 20% human albumin to the lyophilizate of indocyanine green. 15 seconds after administration, the microcirculation image obtained is analysed using the FLUM-808 instrumental system. When it is determined that the gastric tissue microcirculation is intact, a decision is made on the possibility of forming a gastric stalk.

EFFECT: method increases the efficiency of assessing the microcirculation of the stomach compromised by the stoma, significantly reduces the time for making a decision about the possibility of forming a healthy gastric stalk, reduces cases of anastomotic failure, has high sensitivity, contrast, allows to work in bright rooms, is safe for the patient and staff, allows to expand the possibilities of formation of gastric stalk in patients with oesophageal cancer with gastrostomy.
