SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to single-phase non-insulated miniature power inverter for conversion of direct current to alternating current with high output specific power of more than 3000 W/dm³, in which first (S1_H), second (S1_L), third (S2_H) and fourth (S2_L) switches are made of wide-gap semiconductors and preferably of gallium nitride (GaN). Inverter (1) for converting direct current to alternating current comprises an active ripple compensation filter comprising third half-bridge (203), having fifth switch (S3_H) in series with sixth switch (S3_L), wherein fifth switch (S3_H) is connected at one end to positive terminal (L+) of direct current input, wherein the sixth switch (S3_L) is connected at one end to the negative terminal (L-) of the direct current input, and the other end of the fifth switch (S3_H) is connected to the other end of the sixth switch (S3L), while determining the third common end, wherein said third common end is connected to first end of LC-filter made of at least one inductance coil (L6) and one storage capacitor (C5), second end of LC-filter is connected to negative terminal (L-). Besides, inverter comprises modulation means of first (S1_H), second (S1_L), third (S2_H), fourth (S2_L), fifth (S3_H) and sixth (S3_L) switches, which provide switching frequency from 20 to 500 kHz and possibility of changing phase shifts between any two of first (201), second (202) and third (203) half-bridges and possibility of modulation of current-free pause of half-bridges switches (201, 202, 203) so as to obtain switching close to ZVS switching in in particular, to obtain switching, when current passes through zero, and in order to eliminate switching losses and to ensure larger spread of double amplitude of voltage in active filter, while maintaining corresponding energy in storage capacitors (C5), wherein Y-type capacitors of the in-phase noise filter (100) are connected to a screen having a reference potential, wherein the shield is isolated from the ground, and said Y-type capacitors have value of 100 nF to several mcF.

EFFECT: disclosed is an inverter with high specific power.
