FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to single-phase, non-insulated, miniaturized power inverter for conversion of direct current into alternating current. Power inverter is placed in housing made in form of external electrically conductive shell containing fan, made with possibility to inject air in axial direction to side surface of housing, and a multilevel vertical structure, in series from the lower side to the upper side comprising: a layer of active filtering capacitors, a heat sink, a layer of switches from wide-gap semiconductors connected to the printed circuit board by thermal through bridges, and a layer of active filter inductors, wherein the fan and the multilevel structure of the components are configured such that during operation the outer temperature of the housing does not exceed 60 °C in any point at maximum ambient temperature of 30 °C and maximum load of 2 kVA.

EFFECT: invention is intended to create power inverter with output specific power of more than 3000 W/dm3.
